I look around this dismal space,

Step by step I walked right here,

In the cool savanna where it all is slow,

I languish benefit the stuffiness of comfort,

In the dark dank of despair,

The bright beauty bursts forth,

That sharp pain that I saw today,

Testament to what can be done,

Life is lived in a spectrum,

Outside the norm of daily routines,

Dead to this world,

Maybe better in the next,

Is it the best that time can afford,

To look forward and see this dream,

This life I live today,

My goodness sometimes I don't see it,

Life brings itself up,

I’m looking forward to what I’ll need,
