I'm feeling unwell,

Both mind and body,

Life moves so fast my friends,

In a blink it is a raging fire,

I was told and remember,

I miss those and want more,

My birthday elicits all types of emotions,

I'm happy that I woke up today,

The day starts and I think I've lost,

No I haven't I am here today,

I am grateful,

For the epiphany of today's rest,

I sit here and always wonder,

If Internal dialogue is real talk,

A deep breath is all I need,

To shake it off and bring it back,

Life can make you dance alone,

Walk in fear and cower in shadows,
