Three sets of flowers I see,

One I bought and the other a gift,

Last night I slept with today's ideas,

Tomorrow's plans and yesterday's regrets,

Looking up and forward to this,

In the right frame and picture setting,

Holding court between these two worlds,

Staring at the day ahead,

It feels great in this new space,

Every time I wonder why I,

Rallying behind this big dream,

I look up and want to make a difference,

Age swirls and looks up seductively,

I try and run but I'm not as fast,

I remember letting loose and taking,

Things slowly and in a safe place,

In the things that move my world,

I know that anxiety and rest are on opposite sides,
